"I've been attending Max's breathwork class for a while now, and it's made a huge difference in how I manage stress and stay calm in tough situations. Before I started, I never really paid attention to my breathing - which sounds strange since it's something we do all the time! But through the sessions, I've learned how to breathe with intention and be much more aware of it. It's been a real game-changer. Max creates such a supportive and calming space."— Rachel, 42, Sales
You're feeling disconnected from your true essence despite external success, exhausted from conforming to others' expectations, constantly putting others before yourself, or ready to silence the mental noise that drowns out your heart's calling.
You're a busy professional or parent who feels disconnected from your body and wants practical tools to reconnect without adding another complex practice to your already full life.
Your mind races constantly and you crave mental clarity - you're ready to learn simple techniques to quiet the mental chatter.
You want to handle stress better - not by avoiding it, but by building your capacity to stay calm and centred when life gets overwhelming.
You're tired of living in survival mode - constantly putting out fires, always "on," never fully relaxing, even when you have downtime.
You value practical results including better sleep, lower anxiety, improved focus at work, relief from tension, and increased patience, presence, and connection with your family.
"For me, personally, these sessions have been the key to tapping into a quiet place in my mind that I'm not sure I've ever experienced before, all while focusing on the simple yet invigorating breathwork sequences. Max facilitates an awesome, focused session in a beautiful, comfortable space that allows you to explore a part of yourself we rarely find or make the time for."— Meg, Personal Trainer
You're hoping for instant results without regular practice. The more you do, the deeper you go. The more you increase your window of tolerance to what life throws at you.
You prefer a passive approach to wellness. This program invites active participation and personal engagement in your journey.
You're feeling uncertain about breathwork. If you're not quite ready to explore breathing techniques (even though they're grounded in science and practical application), that's completely understandable.
You thrive on high-intensity approaches. This program focuses on gentle, sustainable changes through slowing down, which may not align with everyone's preferred style.
You're not comfortable exploring inner sensations. Breathwork can sometimes surface emotions or physical sensations that have been beneath the surface, which requires readiness to experience.
You're still working on giving yourself permission for self-care. If balancing personal well-being with other responsibilities feels challenging right now, you might want to consider whether this is the right time for you.
"In my role as a police officer, the pressure and unpredictability can be overwhelming. Your breathwork techniques have given me a powerful tool to ground myself in high-stress situations. I've found that I'm more present, more composed, and better able to respond rather than react. On a personal level, the sessions have helped me reconnect with myself. I've gained clarity, emotional resilience, and a sense of calm that I didn't realize I was missing."— Emma, Police Officer
Do I need to bring anything?
Yes. Bring a yoga mat and a soft bolster or pillow, if you have one (not essential).
What if I'm new to breathwork?
Come as you are! This session caters to all experience levels—from those who have never tried breathwork to seasoned facilitators. Everyone will feel at home in this supportive space.
Is this like meditation?
Similar destination, different doorway. Instead of trying to think your way to stillness, we use the body (breath) to shift state first. Many people who "struggle to meditate" find breathwork easier to access.
Will I have to hyperventilate or do anything intense?
No. We use a range of patterns from gentle down-regulation to more activating sequences. You always set your own pace and can slow down or pause at any time. Intensity is never the goal - alignment is.
What if I feel anxious or emotional during a session?
Totally normal. When the nervous system shifts, held emotions and tension can release. You're guided the whole way, and you're always in control. We hold a safe, grounded space and prioritise integration so you leave steady, not spun out.
Is breathwork safe?
Most people can practice safely with guidance. If you're pregnant, have cardiovascular issues, epilepsy, glaucoma, severe psychiatric conditions, or any other medical concern, please consult your healthcare provider first and let me know before we begin.
What will I actually feel?
Common experiences: calmer body, quieter mind, warmth/tingling, emotional release, clarity, and a grounded sense of "I know what matters now." The goal isn't chasing big states; it's coming home to yourself.
How long until I notice benefits?
Many people feel a shift in the first session (calm, clarity, better sleep). Consistency deepens the benefits. You haven't done anything wrong if it takes time - nervous systems change with practice.
I've tried meditation/coaching and want something deeper - does this help?
Yes. Breathwork is a direct, embodied path. It bypasses overthinking so you can access what's true for you, not more "shoulds." It's a potent gateway to inner alignment.
What if I can't switch my mind off?
Great. That's exactly why we start with the body. Let the breath change your state; the mind usually follows.
I'm nervous to start.
You're not alone. You set the pace, you're always in control, and you can stop at any time. One session is enough to know if it's for you.
Remember, there's no judgment here - we all have different needs and timing. This is simply about finding what works best for you at this moment in your journey.
