If you've been running on autopilot, this weekly practice brings you back. An hour to put the day down and let the noise settle. Guided breathwork for a busy mind, with no expectations and nothing to perform. Most people notice the shift before the session is even finished.

Here's what to expect:

Weekly, and in person. Tuesday evenings at McLeans Ridges, Wednesday evenings at Happy Mountain. Come to whichever suits you. Both run the same format.

Sixty minutes, start to finish. We begin with arrival and grounding, move into the breathwork itself (guided, with music, at your own pace), then take time to integrate. You won't be rushed off the mat.

No experience needed. The sessions are built for every stage, from your first time to a steady practice. There's nothing to learn before you arrive.

A calmer body and a quieter mind. Most people leave settled, clearer, and more grounded than when they walked in. Some feel a lot. Some feel something quieter. Both are completely normal.

Easy to prepare for. Bring your mat, comfortable clothing you can breathe in, and water. A blanket if you run cold. That's it.

Options that fit your rhythm. Drop in for a single session to see how it lands, or choose a pack or membership once you know this is your practice.
