Class Passes

Group breathwork sessions, in person. Tuesday evenings at McLeans Ridges Community Hall, Wednesday evenings at Happy Mountain in Wollongbar. Doors open 6:15pm, the practice runs 6:30pm to 7:30pm.

Drop in for a single class, or grab a 10-pack at $22 a session if you'd like to come more regularly without the commitment of a membership. The 10-pack is valid six months.

No experience needed. Lie down, breathe, let your body do the rest.

Membership

For when breathwork has become part of your week.

Two options. Starter Membership at $79 covers four sessions a month, the rhythm of one class a week. Unlimited Membership at $149 covers up to 8 sessions a month. Come to either or both sessions whenever you like.

The simplest way to make the practice a regular thing.
