Gift Voucher — Transformational Breathwork
The deeper work, given as a gift.
Sometimes the person you love is carrying something that talking hasn't shifted. A pattern, a grief, a weight they can feel but can't quite name. Transformational Breathwork is a private session of conscious connected breathwork with Max, lasting an hour and a half to two hours, with room for the breath to move past the thinking mind and into what lies beneath it.
The session comes with a full intake conversation beforehand, so Max understands what they're carrying, and the breath is the right tool for them right now, and an integration call three days afterwards, once things have had time to settle. The work doesn't end when the session does.
This is trauma-informed work, held with care. It is not therapy, and not a replacement for it. What surfaces is what is ready, and no more than that.
Once you've purchased, you'll receive the voucher to pass on. When they're ready to begin, they email [email protected], and we will find a time. Sessions are held online or in person in the Northern Rivers.
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Non-refundable once booked.
